Love the Book Story concept. I really love the first 2 in the series, Book Story 1 & Book Story 2.
The feeling of texture from these images is just amazing, I can really feel the wooden texture with my eyes & taste it on my tongue & the addition of the book, with it's slightly broken/used look, the delicate soft-focus & concentrated gentle lighting just finishes the photograph beautifully . I would even go as far as to say that the book has almost taken on the texture of the wood itself (albeit, with the obvious link between all the elements in the foto!).
As I love both No.1 & No.2 in this series, I'll have to both .. but before I do, would it be cheeky of me to ask whether these 2 images could be brought together to create a 'combined' Book Story? I'm sure it would work real well .. but that is just my opinion, afterall!!
J'adore les photos de détails telles que celle-ci qui font apparaître la texture des objets. Des détails d'un autre temps... joli coup d'oeil.
